I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
