His staff is the worst I have ever come across I have better service at DMV
I have been on hold for an hour I have been disconnected many times I have been transfered to a whole other medical group
When they do get the right transfer it rings forever I call back and ask why this happens They tell me 1
there is no voice mail set up Really
The staff aalways tells me they will call me back
Never happens
Am told will leave a message with staff and will call you back

I have had RN nurses and doctors call them
Same deal will call back

During actual Dr visit He has told me to see him twice a week and make appointment a with staff
I go out and tell them Dr said to make appointments for next week
They tell me their schedule booked out for 3 weeks
I explain what Dr said an then all of a
sudden there are openings
I have had 3 appointment canceled on me
1less then 24 hour notice
When they reschedule they try to set me up for 3 to 4 weeks later
I remind them they canceled on me an Dr wants to see me twice a week
Then as usual secrete schedule opens up and the appointments are made

Dr Smith was professional and courteous.

His front office has driven me away.

-Three attempts to make appointment failed, Promised call backs never happened. My Primary physician had to call to get me scheduled.
-On SECOND visit, front desk challenged my insurance claiming I was misrepresenting myself. They had me wait why they called and found out I was being truthful. Front desk claimed this was their job and it would continue this way in the future.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
