I have been a patient of Dr Udell for over 30 years.
He is always there to listen to me, and has helped me through many a
difficult arthritic day.
My mother was also a patient, and was always understanding & compassionate with her. Something I will never forget.
The office staff has always been kind, courteous & professional. If I need to make a phone call, it is always returned the same day.
I cannot say enough about my experience to date with the Dr Udell & The Arthritis Group, and will continue.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
