Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. A couple of my friends have told me about doctors that take personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they don't do that here, and always give me their full attention. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I thought the doctor was a little too 'friendly'and it made me very uncomfortable

i couldn't give a "darn" about this doctor using foul language or finding his office if he acted like he cared about me at all or tried to find out what was wrong with me. he said he had no idea what my problem was and just handed out another prescription and tried to force me to stop taking the only medicine that ever helped me because he "couldn't understand" why it worked. how about doing some homework or some continuous study to find out what is wrong with me? he wasn't even aware of things i found out on the arthritis foundation website and never offered to look anything up. stay away from this man.

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
No, they didn't wear any cologne
