After working for G.P.'s (8 Dr.'s and numerous N.P's-same office) for upward of 15 years and my back office 'knowledge' of the good-bad-and ugly doctors, I am grateful to have found Dr Liu still working and accepting of my Covered California insurance.

Not only was I pleasantly surprised by his bedside manner (great sense of humor) but the vast knowledge and UNDERSTANDING Dr Liu exuded was comforting to say the least!

Rather than 'pass-off' my peculiar symptoms, Dr Liu spent ample time with me on EVERY visit and actually LISTENED to my complaints.

He explained the possibilities, probabilities and admitted when he didn't really have answers. BUT, gave me completed confidence that he was on the 'case' to find those answers. Indeed he did.

We must remember that Doctors are human too. We all have 'bad' days and technology can be frustrating as well as challenging to keep the continuity of patient care in terms of QUALITY rather than quantity…Obama Care has thrust these great physicians into struggling with their love of medicine and caring for their patients to managing the limits government has put upon them.

Dr Liu is a true professional….I thank you hardly seems adequate

I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. It would've been nice if they would have recommended one. I noticed their credentials and diplomas as soon as I walked in. It immediately made me more confident that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
