Horrendous experience. It is apparent it is time for Dr. Scott to retire. Dr. Scott is incredibly uninterested in your concerns and has not one ounce of compassion.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. . Their staff is very friendly and professional. I really appreciated how convenient their parking was. I was able to find a spot within a few minutes.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. Very unhappy, I'm confused as to why he continues his practice, he is unhelpful and very old fashioned.
