My father was referred to another practiice and not prescribed a medication for his wound from having a cath removed. He is in his 90's and hard of hearing. This was done after waiting for 2.15 hours! In turn the doctor took forever to speak to me and I had to leave. Very disappointed witht the level of service and concern. Would never recommend this office to anyone and would never return.. Also the waiting area is crapy, with cheap chairs and the blinds on the window broken. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not that I have seen

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Yes, I had to wait a long time before someone was able to help me

Yes, they are known for being good at what they do

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!
