Dr Rubenstein did not listen to concerns and acted too busy to see us. The description of the procedure he gave and his medical assistant gave were vastly different and he had us leave the office after a voiding trial without monitoring the patient. The only follow up instructions given were: If he doesn’t pee come back or go to the ER
