They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their credentials and diplomas were one of the first thing I noticed when I walked in the door. I am always taken care of as soon as I walk in by the reception and medical staff. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The restrooms at this office were spotless always have a pleasant odor.

There is one office worker who is very friendly. It is close to impossible to see an actual doctor at this office. I had to see the P.A. and nurses on my visits here-when referred to a specialist, I expect to see someone who is an actual doctor. They were unable to get an appt.. With Dr. Terhune and was told it would be months before I could see him. The feel of the office is dreary and uninviting. The nurses are not very personable. The office is completely unorganized with a crazy lack of communication. The office prescribed me a medication during my visit, only to call me two days after the visit to let me know of my condition & to let me know they were prescribing me something (umm...funny b/c I had already been taking the prescribed medication, which was prescribed by their office!! UNREAL). I expect more from a specialists office and was extremely disappointed.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The only staff problem I've encountered was one over scheduling an appointment. This was due to a change in computers and management of that process,..very frustrating at the time, but it got straightened out, and the staff was very helpful. Dr. Terhune and other medical staff are excellent !
I have been impressed with the progress I have been able to make in regard to my health . All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had a very good experience, and
I would certainly recommend this office , medical staff, and doctors to others.
