i have had an on going issue that only seeemed to be addressed and treated by this doctor , as for the manner he treats you , i would rather get cured by a not so bubbly doctor than not cured by a happy to see me everytime he fails to heal me kinda guy, so i buck up and go to get buisness done , not visit an old friend

Dr. Kaplan performed a vasectomy on me about nineteen years ago. The procedure was successful, but his manner during the operation was highly unprofessional. He kept fumbling with the seminal tubes he was trying to close off, he and his nurses kept laughing during the procedure and it was highly unnerving. It was necessary for me to go into emergency a few days later due to a huge amount of swelling. My testicles were the size of avocados and just as purple. I am currently looking for a good urologist to since my PSA is beginning to rise. THIS IS THE LAST DOCTOR I WOULD TRUST. Good surgeon really bad manner. If someone is going to cut me open I would rather it be someone else. I would have posted this earlier, but the internet did not exist twenty years ago.

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

Dr. Kaplan is very rude and carries himself with a sense of entitlement. If people were this rude all the time the world would be an ugly place. Cant wait for this guy to retire!

Almost every time I try to get a question answered, they make me come in for an appointment, even if it's a simple question. It'd be nice if they could answer my questions over the phone more often. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
