My appointment was fantastic. I never expected it to go so well. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.

Dr Alavi is easy going and informative. Confident "bedside manor", easy to talk to. Might have seemed a bit hurried at times, but I'm sure he gets scheduled pretty tight. Seemed knowledgable and was good at feeding you about as much information as you'd want and open to questions. The staff associated with the office and his PA were competent, pleasant and about as accomodating as the situations would allow.
