I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I will absolutely be returning to see them again. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

i cant believe this doctor stays in business. the doctor is very well know but his staff in not nice at all. my husband is on hospice and the office staff refuses to give me an appointment. his diagnosis is not related to his hospice issues. i cant believe the doctor would allow his staff to treat people like this . the hopsice agency also called and offered to pay this bill, and im still treated poorly. medicare guideline state my husband can have services no matter what. i feel this doctor does know what his staff is doing to people, iam looking for a new doctor now, and have heard others in waiting room doing the same. sorry for vent.
