Direct quotes from the physician on 12/24/15:
"This is a private practice, I am not obligated to treat you"
" I am leaving in half an hour and don't want to deal with this"
"There is a hospital across the street"

All of this because I didn't bring the insurance card, even though I agreed to pay for the visit out of pocket and get reimbursed after the coverage is verified. It was clear that the Dr. wanted to leave home early for the long weekend. Then why schedule this appointment to begin with and waste everybody's time ???

The doctor was unprofessional and very rude!

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I have gone to see this doctor who has a very short temper and bad attitute... Did not have any quality of care.. all worried about his time.. even though he didn't have any clients waiting.. His mom (who is desk clerk) looks at him helplessly to convey that he is not helpful to patients.. But he didn't pay attention to her feelings either.. I was angry but laughing to myself that big guy behaves like a little kid.. and expresses restlessness to his clients without any professionalism... I think I irritating him more with my casual questions and easy attitude.. But at the end of the consultation I felt that I didn't get the right priscription.. I am planning to take second opinion before I can sue him.. Please STAY OUT..
