If you will have an appointment,the wait time is an hour and a half. I was prescribed medication and it took a week for the Dr. McDonald to authorize and my eyes were killing me. I also called the doctor because I had an emergency with my eyes and it took her a week to get back to me. I feel if it it is an emergency, a doctor should get back to you that same day. I had my files transferred to her and I can tell she didn't even look at them because I was prescribed the wrong prescription and the wrong contact lens brand. It was a nightmare dealing with them. If you want a caring doctor and staff, I suggest you go somewhere else.
