Yes, I was completely ignored for a long time!

I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else.
