Their staff is a friendly, welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never used foul language, They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

They seemed to know enough

Kind of, but not very much
