I liked my appointment but they wont email my prescription. Whats the point of seeing a doctor if they wont tell you your eye prescription. Worst experience. I'm about to go there and make them show me my file so I can get glasses I can afford with the eye prescription I paid for. There eye glasses are insanely pricey for what they are offering. Ridiculous!

Doctor is very professional and thorough.
Her staff is knowledgable, professional and friendly.

All 4 members of my family went to this eye doctor. 3 of 4 had excellent experiences; however, after two months, I still do not have contacts. Twice the doctors failed to convert my prescription correctly for my astigmatism--Miller and another doctor both made this mistake and correcting the idea has been a major problem.

Calling the office has proven difficult. The communication between the doctors office and optical department is fragmented.

I NEVER write reviews, but I have to this time! These people are awesome!!! I took a pair of bifocals that I got originally from America's Best and rolled over on in my sleep to the Eye Care Center. I thought they were destroyed. America's Best/Worst wouldn't even consider fixing them as the warranty that I'd paid $99.00 for had expired. I walked into the Eye Care Center and within 3 minutes someone had taken my glasses (which were in several pieces in a zip-lock bag) and said "No problem, I can fix these right now". 15 minutes later she brought them back to me looking like they were brand spanking new. And... when I asked how much the cost was for this fantastic service I was told "No charge". I almost passed out. They even gave me a new case to store them in!! I want everyone to know that this is an AWESOME place of business and that they have mine and my family's business forever. I can't thank them enough! I watched other very satisfied customers receiving similar service while I was there. Everyone left with a smile on their face and obviously better vision. If you need eyewear this is the place to go. You have my word!!!
