The doctors are excellent, unfortunately the office staff is not. They laugh, disrupt patients with inappropriate actions. I have been a patient for many years and keep finding many of the women especially the same ones should not be there. The same ones go to different offices so there is no escaping them. I have reported these inappropriate actions, but find it is still continuing. I was just in the office and was rudely spoken to by the same woman who should have minded her own business. She took it upon herself to try and embarrass me. I am thinking of going to another practice because of the continuing disruption, it is a shame because I really like Dr. Peet and Dr. Clark.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I recently had a wonderful experience with a new eye doctor that i wanted to share with everyone. I think I have become his biggest fan. I was seen by 2 pevious eye surgeons at other practices both who told me I needed cataract surgery immediately. Why? I don't know as I see well. I can even read without glasses. Both my priest and Family Doctor suggeted I see Dr. Clark. Thank God! Not only DO I NOT NEED SURGERY, but Dr.Clark gave me new glasses just for driving that allows me to see 20-20. I don't need glasses for reading after all. He is the best!

Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I have been seeing the same eye surgeon for 30 years. When he retired, and I developed a cataract in my only seeing eye, he recommended me to Dr. Clark as he felt he was the best in the philadelphia area. What a great doctor with a very caring, positive bedside manner. The surgery took 5 minutes and I never saw better, after only 24 hrs. Great surgeon, very kind. I noticed all the nurses at the surgery center all had a lot of respest for him, and send their family members to him. This made me feel comforable that I had the best! And he is nice, very likable.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I just had an amazing experience with cataract surgery by Dr. Clark. I had my first eye done by another eye doctor, but my vision was no better after the surgery. When it came time for the second eye, I was recommended to Dr. Clark. The differance in my exam and testing was unbelvable. The next day after my ctararct surgery I was able to see the 20/20 line; the vision was incredible! I am so happy that Dr. Clark is a perfectionist with his exam and surgery, as I see so clear out of "his eye". Now I look forward to having him fix the vision in my "other eye".

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. As far as Dr. Clark goes...the kindest, most gentle doctor you could ever see!

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.
I recently had Lasik surgery by Dr. Francis Clark at Wills Eye Center. The whole experience was exceptional. The entire staff at his office and at his surgical center were tops. The exam I received by Dr. Clark and his staff was extremely thorough. I had actually had three other exams just for lasik and they were far inferior to The exam with Dr. Clark. Dr. Clark found two other problems that I had- glaucoma and dry eyes, that other eye doctors missed in their "Lasik exam". I was able to eventually have Lasik surgery with Dr. Clark with perfect 20/15 vision in each eye. Just as important, I notified my siblings of my glaucoma diagnosis, and 2 of my siblings were just diagnosed with glaucoma when they went to their eye doctors. Important point--- Glaucoma often runs in family tree.
