They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Dr. Mark McCarthy (Norfolk, VA) and his staff are outstanding! This geniunely friendly staff is warm and professional. Dr. Mark McCarthy, in addition to being a skilled Ophthalmologist with impeccable credentials, is also extraordinarily pleasant and really listens to his patients. A GREAT doctor!!
