Dr. Carl Hartman is star in the world of cataracts. Not only can he detect what most other opthamologists might miss, but he teaches cataract surgery at two prominent medical center/universities. But he is as down to earth as can be. There is no pretense with this man. He is calm, steady, nothing seems to fluster him. That's reassuring when he has a pointed object and you are under the influence. He told me I'd have complications and sure enough I did. I came through the surgery without discomfort. He said I might only have 20/80 after surgery. The next day I had 20/20. This is the guy to go to.

I came to them for a difficult, long standing problem. I left with my answer and my problem has been solved. They are very nice and professional, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule and have fit me into their schedule for an emergency. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff . They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. If I had to rate them on just their friendliness towards me I would give them the whole five stars alone. This was one of the warmest and most welcoming offices I've visited.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
