All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Dr. Kurwa was highly recommended to me and I found him to have a great sense of humor, which put me at ease right away. His staff is friendly and attentive.

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
