Horrible experiencing visiting this ophtamologist for some sudden visual disturbances I was experiencing. She is arrogrant, rude, and lacks appropriate follow-through.

No, I left with more problems than I came with!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Dr. Norton was surprisingly apathetic about my exam and my medical history. She seemed to rush through the ophthalmic testing and gave vague and half-hearted answers to my questions. She did not educate me at all about my diagnosis and seemed anxious to finish my all too brief exam. I expected a more thorough exam and review of my history (which in my case is quite relevant to my diagnosis) and she did not deliver at all! I do not often post negative reviews and in fact enjoy writing positive reviews about various professionals because most often they deserve it. I would have chosen another doctor had I known what she was like, so I hope this helps someone else who is looking for a doctor or looking for confirmation about their experience after leaving the office. P.S. The staff and the facility are wonderful, perhaps another doctor there would be too.

I would never recommend them to anyone. AWFUL, I will NEVER go back. I've been here 3 times and had nothing but PROBLEMS, and more PROBLEMS with these people. It's the billing/management. They don't tell you up front what things cost/how much your insurance will cover... One time I came in Jan but got the bill in June. Another time they kept billing me repeatedly for months for a payment I didn't owe, it was their error but they couldn't seem to straighten it out.
The doctor was fine but who needs a bunch of billing hassles wasting your time and money. I am going elsewhere. The office people are not very friendly. Dr. Evans was fine. Some of his assistants were fine, others were cold and you could tell it was just a job.
