The administrative appointment nurse was appallingly rude and incompetent. I had my reservations when my cardiologist suggested that I go back to Dr. Daee because he was the doctor that performed at least two surgeries to repair hernias, that I am in current pain from right now. My experience convinced me never to go back to Dr. Daee again, ever. The only communication in the future will be to require my complete medical records and to request that all records, after my receipt, be rescinded and expunged from all of Dr. Daee's files in my name, Robert E. Harnest.

DR.Daee is a good surgeon. He needs to do a better job of folllowing up his surgery with CT scans; MRI's; to make sure everything is healing as it should.
He closes you up and does not do a review of what he has done and that it healed as expected. Life threatening problems. An occur from this lack of dilligent observation.

So disappointed with this doctor. My grandmother needed to have a masectomy. At the first appointment, he was very attentive. He suggested performing a biopsy on the next Saturday and then scheduling the surgery for the following Saturday. The biopsy went off without a hitch, but the follow up had to be initiated by me and the surgery was not scheduled on Saturday as promised, but on the following Wednesday - we had to be at the hospital at 5 am for what they said would be a 7 am surgery, but it didn't happen until after 8 am. I was not able to wait through the surgery so Dr. Daee promised he would call afterwards. HE NEVER CALLED. As a matter of fact, he never called during her two days in the hospital. My next communication with him was 8 days later in his office. When we went back for a follow up appointment to remove the staples, he was over 25 minutes late for the appointment, even though we were the first ones of the day. He seemed a little spacey and his communication skills seemed to have vanished. They only removed half of the staples, so we had to come back a week later - only to find out they had cancelled our appointment without telling us. I would never recommend this surgeon to anyone based on my experience.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was really hard to get an appointment with them. I understand they're busy, but I wish they had been able to get me in sooner.
