I didn't have to wait long for my appointment at all. They were ready for me fifteen minutes after I arrived. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left.

IMHO , This Doctor seems like he wants to 'play doctor'.This concerns a very close family member and the mistakes this doctor made almost cost our family member their life.It may even be long-termed problems stemming from the 'mistakes'. Please, if you are seeing this Doctor, write down EVERYTHING and ask lots of questions or please just change doctors. I am very worried about people that goes under this Doctors knife. I know, Our Family will NEVER go to him again.This is my own option. He may be a good man over all,but I just know what has conspired with our family member.

I just had an operation from DR Jacques to repair a Hernia. My experience was very good. He and his staff are top notch. Surgery went great, recovery was great and my follow up visit was very informative. Hats off to Him and his staff. If I ever need another surgery, I'll definitely use him.
