Dr. Cruz fails to follow through with his appointments. What's worst is that he fails to show up for his scheduled surgeries without even giving a courtesy call or following up on how the surgery went. DO NOT SEEK HIS LACK OF MEDICAL EXPERTISE, HE IS A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT TO THE REST OF THE DOCTORS WHO WORK AT DHR.
