Mostly, I was still a little nervous

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Although all this is true, what was much more important to me is that I got the care that I needed in a timely manner. The doctor and staff went out of their way to get me treated as soon as possible. I was in a lot of pain. Surgery went well and the staff is very responsive to answering questions.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had fantastic parking at their office. I found a spot literally within seconds and it was right next to the entrance. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
