The office is very busy. The receptionist is friendly but a little ditzy. When I called to seek a prescription refill she said "You sound terrible do you want to come in to see a doctor?" Me: No, cough cough, I have called two days in a row cough, cough, asking for my meds to be refilled and cough, cough the pharmacy still hasn't been called. Without my meds, cough cough, I cough. I just need to cough, cough, make sure these refills are called in today.
Receptionist: "I can't understand you honey, you'll have to speak more clearly.
Me: I, cough, cough, need prescriptions refilled, cough cough.

When I was checking out she took a personal call before completing my checkout. This was even though the dr's assistant told her to wait until she'd checked me out.
It's a group practice so you aren't guaranteed you'll see the same doc each time. And in my case, they didn't agree on what was wrong. It's partly a problem of my difficult-to-diagnose condition, and partly a problem with the way the office works. I would much prefer to see ONE doctor to help me until I get to the bottom of this problem. But no such luck. Yet another intensely aggravating byproduct of our health-care-NON-system.
