Although the staff was friendly, the doctor was quite rude. Lousy bedside manner. Made me feel like I was wasting his time. Did not return for results because did not want to ceal with his arrogant attitude again. Oh and watch the billing. It is appatently not uncommon for them to have billing problems.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I didn't spend a lot of time in the waiting room at all. They called me back to see the doctor very quickly.

They didn’t rush my appointment at all. They told me to take all the time I needed. It was very easy for me to get an appointment with them. They have very convenient availability. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. It seemed like they went out of their way to be respectful and courteous. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Whenever I need to make an appointment with them, I know that they’ll be able to get me in right away. They didn’t rush my appointment at all. They told me to take all the time I needed.

Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I was so impressed with their staff. They were so professional and respectful. Whenever I call with a question, they always try to answer it over the phone, instead of making me schedule an appointment and drive all the way down there. I appreciate that they take my time into consideration instead of just making me schedule an appointment for everything. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
