Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They're always on time for my appointments. They've never kept me waiting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

I was in with my wife. Dr Amerian and his staff were professional and pleasant. I was very happy with the way my wife was treated and the treatment she received. In fact, I'm on this site looking up his phone number so I can see him for myself.
