Dr. Cohen was not at all helpful in dealing with my chronic insomnia. He did not seem concerned about the issue, and said that my sleeping was not essential so long as it didn't cause me to sleep during the day. Guess he doesn't care about the effect on mental health of not sleeping. $70 down the drain.

They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. It's very frustrating trying to get an appointment with them. They are almost always booked. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. Their office wasn't too difficult to find. I was able to find it fairly easily.

The office staff was unprofessional, rude, and incompetent when it comes to serving patients. Be prepared to take multiple trips to get a simple answer. No questions will be answered over the phone by the Dr.
Also the Sleep center is owned by the Dr. So why wouldnt you be
automatically referred for a sleep study

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
