They made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Cohen advised me of a new treatment which I am now using and am now off the CPAP machine! I will be forever grateful.I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was easy enough to find. If I needed to I'd go back. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Dr. Cohen was very caring.

I give this doctor 0 stars. I first went to see him 8 years ago and remember thinking that the staff was very short with me and the Dr. had a very bad bedside manner. I did the sleep study and found out that I had severe sleep apnea - waking up 61 times in one minute. How much more severe can you get. I had to wait 3 weeks to get a CPAP machine, during which time I continued to decline, actually falling asleep while driving at one point. When the CPAP came, I put it on that very night and have missed 2 nights in 8 years of wearing it. I didn't sleep at all on the two nights I didn't have the CPAP and collapsed a day later. No one told me I had to visit him each year and due to his rudeness, I have never gone back. Today, my CPAP died and when I called his office he refused to send a prescription for a new machine. I told them my story but was told I could have an appointment next week, but no prescription until I see him. I am leaving soon on a personal trip (not vacation) for two weeks and then another week for business - neither can be changed. I asked for a prescription for a loner - I would make an appointment to see him when I returned, they refused. What kind of Doctor does not work with a patient in need. If you ever find yourself in need of emergency help, this is not the Doctor to be going to. I am trying to find another avenue to get a CPAP until I return and if not, please check for an obituary because I won't make it through.

Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. tHE DOCTOR WANTED TESTS REPEATED BY THE SAME PROVIDER THAT BOTCHED THE FIRST SET. THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP WITH ME REGARDING THE TEST RESULTS. ACCESS AND OFFICE HOURS ARE QUITE LIMITED MAKING SCHEDULING COMPLICATED. IN GENERAL I WAS UNIMPRESSED.
