Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. I didn't feel safe at all under their care. They definitely didn't know what they were doing. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They didn't return calls after messages being left. Didn't know answers to questions I had and didn't even offer to help me find the answers to my health needs. They were very bad in communicating messages from the doctor. They had office staff who didn't understand my health condition or knowledgeable enough to convey messages from the doctor. They were not qualified to explain to patient. They dropped me as a patient because I questioned their actions. They didn't even have the professionalism to notify me as their patient. I found out from my PCP. No sense of "patient care" felt at this office, especially if you question things or need more information.
