Dr. Duva is great and most staff are very friendly. But the billing Dept. Incorrectly billed my insurance and will not pay unless the office resubmit the claim. I left numerous messages, called many times and no one calls me back. I have even written the Drs office. The only response I got is another bill for $1000 and a threat to turn it over to a collection agency and ruin my credit. $1000 dollars for a colonoscopy that is 100% covered by my insurance! No answer to my phone calls or letter by anyone at Dr. Duva' office. I would not recommend going to this doctor.
