Excellent practice! Dr. Shanavas and his staff are extremely courteous and efficient. Dr. Shanavas is patient and takes time to answer all of my questions. have never met a doctor with such a great bed side manner. I would recommend this practice hands down.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
