Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
