I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They didn't show any sort of attention to detail, which I think is very important. I was afraid they were going to miss or forget something important. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Yes, I had to reorganize my schedule
Were you able to relax during your appointment?
Not really, I was a little uneasy
