They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

Avoid "Dr." Herr at all costs! He makes no effort at all. Just wants to get the patient out. He asks no questions of the patient and is not interested in listening to your ailments.He told me there was nothing wrong with me even though there was no examination, no test, no answers to questions. I continued having symptoms and ended up going to a different dr. in a different practice and learned, after some simple questions and a test, that I had a very dangerous bacterial infection.

I visited Dr. Herr's office recently in hopes of finding some answers to recurrent problems. I ended up waiting for an hour and a half. Dr. Herr was discourteous, impatient, and more interested in talking than listening. I do NOT recommend him or this facility for anybody that has a serious issue with a sensitive subject.
