Long wait for appointments. No follow up. Actually never see dr. Mundorf other than few minutes before surgery.... Receptionist is rude and unprofessional

I had the same problem as another reviewer on this site. It takes so long to get an appointment, up to two months! Then, if you have tests done the follow-up appointments are scheduled out 2-3 weeks. If you have a problem or question in between visits, forget about it, NO ONE will call you back. I specifically asked for Dr. Mundorf to call me,no one calls me back, not even the office staff. When I call them they tell me they will call me back the next day, but they NEVER do. It's so rude and uncaring. I've never seen the MD, just the PA, even though I have a complicated problem. The office staff is inept, rude and uncaring. I hope someday Dr. Mundorf is treated the same way he treats his patients. What goes around comes around.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I've NEVER had a consult with Dr. Mundorf himself rather Michelle his NP. Neither of them call back, not even I an emergency which I had two. His NP called me back a week later. The staff is overwhelmed. I did meet Dr. mundorf once prior to be scoped and he's not really a friendly person. I spoke with him once more via the phone and he couldn't and didn't offer me any helpful information or suggestions. Basically just said he couldn't advise me over the phone. Gee thanks! Maybe I can get in, in two months time to see you? Appoinments are booked out so far you cohld probably heal yourself in that time. Very dissapointed. Now to find a new GI doc well all eight in the same group so yeah, awkward. Looks like I'll be headed to the Bay area were I usually go for medical treatment because the doctors and I'd say the majority in many fields are unpleasant or incompetent. I speak only through personal expeience. Truly unfortunate. Reflux and Gastroperisis sufferer.
