I placed all my hopes in this man based on his good reviews sadly this was a huge mistake. I spent almost 3 hours waiting and when I did get to see him he spent a total of 1min 30 sec with me before I was sent to wait another 30 min for the staff to get off the phone and hand me my paper work. The time I spent there taught me one thing this man cares nothing for anyone or anything save money and some day his manner of practice will cost someone there life

Dr. D is great, and always takes his time to answer any questions you might have. He's professional and kind, and makes you feel comfortable. He's knowledgeable and not at all pushy about treatment options. His staff members are always friendly. Since he's only in this particular office a few days a week and shares it with several other doctors, the equipment is minimal and the atmosphere isn't super inviting. Still worth it to see a kind, competent doctor.

My one real complaint is that calling in is sometimes a pain. I called the office of him (and several other doctors) this morning, and was on hold about ten minutes before being disconnected, then called back and was on hold almost ten more minutes.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly. The office was easy enough to find. I had to follow up with a colonoscopy in his lancaster office and was treated well and walked out of the colonoscopy feeling like i had sleep for 10 hours...very refreshed. Had 2 colonoscopys in bishop area and was wheeled out in a wheelchair...

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
