Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Dr. O'Connor actually re-arranged his schedule in order to accommodate me.
