Dr. Kelly is first rate. Not only is he a skilled surgeon and is very knowledgeable, he is a wonderful person. I do not say this about all my doctors. Dr. Kelly is affable and shows a lot of empathy for his patients. I had an injury that other doctors were not able to treat. Dr. Kelly was able to correctly diagnose it and treat it. It was a long recovery, but every step of the way, I felt that I was in the hands of a first-rate, caring physician.

All the time. They accuse me of making problems up
