They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Dr. V.Bridges, Great doctor!!

I got an appointment quickly but like back in 2009, I waited over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. It's obvious they overbook, I am assuming to make more money. There are others in the waiting room that was also waiting an extremely long time. It made since why I was able to get an appointment the same day. Other offices I called did not have any openings. This office will give you an appointment irregardless as to how many are already scheduled.
If I was told I needed to be worked in then I would understand but that was never mentioned.

They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week.
