They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
