They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I met Dr Traub at a DOC TALK at DeKalb Medical (Decatur, GA). It was a very informative meeting. Dr. Traub presented aspects of total knee replacement for prior recipients and prospective patients. His explanations were technical, but understandable. I will be receiving a knee implant in the near future, and Dr. Traub's presentation allowed me to make an informed choice about new technical improvements, as well as the entire process.

I became a patient of Dr. Traub primarily to receive the benefit of his surgical technique and the implant technology he uses. His office is extremely busy, but I was received as a new patient without hesitation. Staff were very polite and friendly, seeming to attend efficiently and helpfully to provide excellent service.
