They ignored my questions and test results I provided (MRI images, X-rays, and written radiologist reports from the day before) and my appointment was rushed (the doctor literally spent less than 2 minutes with me and this was my initial visit). The doctor and most of the staff was not friendly and I didn't feel welcome there. The doctor wouldn't take time to answer any of my questions. I would never visit them again (I wouldn't let them examine my dog). I was very disappointed. I'm now looking for other opinions and have contacted my insurance provider (BCBS) regarding the overall low quality of care provided and recommending payment be withheld.
