I have scoliosis and three herniated discs. he was rude would not listen to me or let me ask any questions. I would rather crawl naked over salted burning broken glass than see him again

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would highly recommend Dr West as a surgeon he gives great results.

My questions were not answered by the doctor, he was very rude and did not let me speak about my condition. In his doctor's report he listed tests that he did not perform. Both of the visits that I attended were very rushed. The second appointment, he did not give me an opportunity to finish speaking, but said that I appeared to have an attitude and that we should severe the doctor patient relationship because he only wants happy patients. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. I was not examined or treated as a person but as a workman's compensation case. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. The only reason that I would return to see this doctor would be if I was not able to get another Workman's Compensation Doctor.
