Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They were friendly, warm, and welcoming. I instantly felt at home and comfortable in their care. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
