Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone. The office, with comlete backing by the doctor engages in dis-honorable, likely even fraudulent billing practices. When my son came for a follow up for a broken bone (that had already been treated at a hospital) we were charged $1,000 because Dr. Schrader billed for a surgery! The doctor never even touched my son! They have refused to change this procedure code and continue to harass us to pay for services that WERE NOT RENDERED.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible
