They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
