Today I had the worst appointment with a physician I have ever experienced. Dr. Anderson barged into the exam room, interrupting his friendly nurse who was getting some background from me and began to ask me questions, without even introducing himself. He never let me explain why I was there, or even finish a sentence for that matter.
He basically told me that I was lying about my medical history, and previous treatment I received based on the 30 second "exam" he performed. When my 3 minute visit with Dr. Anderson was over, his nurse gave me an order for PT, but not before he told me that scoliosis doesn't cause pain. When I responded that I have been in pain for most of my life, he said "well then, why are you crying about it, you should be used to it by now." I was literally speechless.
I will not be returning for the follow-up appointment I made, even though half of me really wants to come back with x-rays (that he refused to order) just to prove him wrong.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
